Returns Policy & Procedure

Upon receipt of the goods, any damages or shortages noticed must be reported within 1 working day by telephone or email.

Damaged goods claims will be processed within 3 working days of notification.

All goods that that have been approved for return must be re-packed to the same standard of protection as when the buyer received them. Returned goods that are damaged in transit due to poor packaging will NOT be refunded, and will be returned to the buyer.

All returns must be sent back to the Seller by registered post or by other means that require a signature of receipt.

This does not affect the Buyers statutory rights.

It is not possible to return products for refund other than in the event of an order being produced to the wrong order specification that is wholly the Sellers error or not to an acceptable standard. In either of these cases we may (at our discretion) reprint free of charge.
